Challenge

The aim of the projects was the implementation of electronic flow of documents which would enable the organisation of workflow, storage and monitoring of documents' preparation. Moreover, during the implementation, Develogic has taken into account the process of investment' cost management and flow of construction invoices which were to be automatically recorded in the accounting system of PB Start.

Initial Situation

The company carries out its investments mainly in Krakow and its surroundings. Each year, the company has been consistently increasing its investment achievements as well as a number of satisfied customers.

The company provides comprehensive service of investment, starting with the purchase of the property, through legal services, design, implementation and finishig with the customers' acquisition. The developer has its own Design Office, Sales of Housing Office and executive potential.

The developer has completed more than 20 investments of which 4 are currently on sale:

Since 2007, PB Start has been using Develogic Sales and Finance Module and ERP Integrator. The module is also integrated with the website of all company' investments, so that information about the offer is automatically updated based on data from Sales and Finance Module.

Due to the increasing need to use new technologies to manage information and projects, it was decided to implement a dedicated Develogic solution, which task was to stremline processes related to planning, tracking, and verifying the implementation of development' investments. Particular emphasis has been put on issues related to the projects' documantation management (construction), as well as managing tasks, monitoring the level of their implementation (devided into employees responsible for them). The Management Board has decided to replace the currently used solution based on Microsoft Sharpoint with Develogic Workflow and Investment Documents Management.

The company boasts a long list of investments that were completed successfully and, most importantly, on a planned date.

Thr devreloper has been repeatedly awarded and honoured in numerous rankings, eg. in 2011 and 2012 in Diamenty Forbes ranking. The company is also a member of the Association of Builders and Housing.

  • a possibility to find any document or documents related to a specific topic, contractor, etc. by extending the standard search capabilities (OCR function in graphic files),
