Challenge

  • One of the assumption was to structure and organise workflow, including multilevel verification and acceptance of invoices as well as creating agreements and other in-company documents. All flows were to consider acceptance level depending on a company, investment, stage and types of costs.
  • Other assumptions included systematisation and operation of properties' sales process, agreements' settlement as well as after-sale service and possibility of creating reports on property sales. Due to dynamic development of the company, it was important to limit the time spent on agreements' settlement.
  • Additional aim was to enable to track all documents and get detailed reports on current work.

Initial Situation

The first investment of ROBYG in Poland, Dom na Ursynowie project in Warsaw, commenced in 2000.
