Potential customers data base

Develogic CRM enables to store information on potential customers along with their contact information and other useful details for developers and building companies. The Customer Card, in addition to full contact history, also contains information such as: notes, tasks, documents and e-mails. Information on customers is made available in accordance with defined rights and security policy of a company.

Basic functionality:
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM), memoranda, notes, documents, e-mails, offers,

Calendar, teamwork, contacts and tasks

CRM Module supports both complex task management and contacts with customers. The system allows to create, edit and assign a sales representative to all sorts of tasks related to work with customers. Tasks are scheduled in „to do” lists, which significantly improves sales reps work and facilitates control of employess.

Develogic CRM has a convenient calendar view with all the tasks that superiors instructed to do or that agents set by themselves. These tasks can be filtered easily in the category of terms or types, they can be also combined with particular properties' offer. Reminders are generated using e-mail or by sms. Managers may benefit from a specially designed functionality of access to the view of subordinates calendars' (depending on the needs: whether it is a single agent, the entire team or even several sales offices).

Basic functionality:
  • Calendars – various calendars allow for a full review of the events and sales activity of a department, sales offices, selected investments, defined sales team as well as individual agent.
  • Tasks – a solution which enables to manage and add individual tasks using either a calendar or a manager panel. Each task and activity is associated with offered premises and, so full history is always updated in both customer card and property card. Group tasks management allows to reduce the time needed to manage a sales team. Selected tasks types:
    • an e-mail
    • property presentation
    • shifting customers
    • the meeting in the office
    • the meeting on investment spot

  • E-mail and sms notification – due to tasks-to-do notifications and system memos using e-mail and sms, a sales team is always up to date with tasks and activities being performed by other team members.
Data base of premises and offer

This module allows to store properties' data in a safe way, while enabling the management of the database as well as a developer's offer. On one screen an agent is able to browse information on the premises, filter them, search and assign premises to potential customers. All the information and trading data of premises are presented along with availability status (free, reserved, sold). In order to navigate the data easier, it is possible to filter them according to any preference. Authorised agents can also use the function of adding new buildings and premises as well as managing price lists.

Basic functionality:
  • the mechanism of developer's offer management together with detailed information on each project, building and premise (contract prices, final prices, additional area, standard, plans, specifications, documents, belonging, trust accounts, location on the map, photos),
  • price and discount management, import of price lists from the xlsx files, price lists history.
  • analysis of sales history associated with a property (number of presentations, reservations, offers generated for premises, contacts, potential clients)
  • expanded premises browsing, which allows to find premises that meets customer's expectations in a few seconds,
  • list of customers whose preferences are consistent with premises' characteristics, available in a premises' card

  • synchronization of premises' offers (price, premises details, plans) with investment websites and portals

Matching clients and premises

Develogic CRM offers an advanced system of matching clients and premises, which enables to monitor potential customers interest as well as to match the suitable offers within a few seconds. Module provides an intuitive and flexible search by attributing:

  • premises to preferences – allowing to search all the premises, which meet given criteria and prepare an offer for new and existing customers at the same time, or to reserve the premises,
  • premises to customers – based on customer's preferences, module searches the premises that meet their requirements. It is possible to generate an offer for the chosen results as well as to reserve them for a customer.
  • Customers to premises – after selection of a particular property in the system, it is possible to search the potential customers automatically. This functionality also allows to generate and send offers as well as to reserve the premises.
  • Premises and customers to preferences – it is a combination of two previous functionality. In a single search a module searches both, the premises and the customers, meeting all the given criteria. Such a combination enables to create a profiled database of the potential customers, which can be used in future marketing activities, such as making phone calls, mailing with information, preparing an offer, promotions, etc.
  • offers to a customer – this functionality allows to search the offer along with all the potential customers presentation which is generated automatically.
Reservation and massive correspondance

CRM Module enables reserving for customers and sending reservation's details to Sales and Finance Module. The user not only has a possibility to search the reservations, but also to browse and manage them. For example, it is possible to specify the duration of a reservation, to filter reserved premises by location, investments, buildings, or the chosen agents.

Develogic is a time-saving product due to the correspondance solution. The offers, invitations, information etc.can get to many recipients (customers) via e-mail at the same time.

Basic functionality:
  • reservations – the possibility of reserving for a selected customer
  • online reservations – a possibility of automatic online reservation control (adding a new customer, assigning reservation to the property, website information updating)
  • queuing – flexible and automatic system provides a reservation queue, reminders on overdue reservation, and a possibility to switch free premises to the next person in a reservation queue.
  • Mailing – mass mailing service directly from the system, using predefined e-mail templates with automatically attached offers containing information on investment, building and premises.
Reports and Manager Board

Manager Board is the perfect tool for those managing sales teams. The module comes with predefined reports that enable to adjust the view to suit your needs:

  • activity report – a tool which shows activity of agents registered in a system. Thanks to that one can easily list tasks, which miss deadlines. Raport is carried out on demand and sent to the appropriate recipient e-mail at certain intervals (eg. every morning),
  • Customer report – shows the list of customers in division to: new, active, predictive and not predictive.
  • Products Structure – the view of offers in a selected day with a possibility to filter them by investments, buildings, availability, etc.
  • deal registration – full information about the number and value of permises purchase deals in a given time interval and in a division into investments, buildings and types of sold area, additional area, price etc. Grids allow to analise the sales of both, departments and individual agents in an aggregated and detailed way. Additionally, deals information are automatically added to agents' commission reports.
