All Develogic System Modules are equipped with mechanisms allowing to manage one, common data base of contractors. Such solution greatly facilitates data analysis as well as partners' and contractors' access management.
The machanism enables to synchronise contractors with any external system in a safe and flexible way. Due to built-in administration module, it is possible to configure synchronisation's conditions, to manage permissions and to track synchronisation's history.
The mechanism enables two-way, full and automatic data exchange with any external system within:
- advanced synchronisation of contractors,
- automatisation in establishing settlement in the accounting system,
- import of payments as well as automatic matching payments and agreements in sales system,
- export of invoices to accounting system,
- export of cost invoices (after attribution) to accounting system,
- synchronisation of accounting accounts, MPK codes, permissions, payments' data,
- coordinaton of budgets between Develogic Budget module and ERP system,
- HR data (lenght of leave, leave applications sent to HR module),
- any other data requested by our clients.
