Reports and AnalysisDevelogic reports and analysis module enables to prepare complex reports and analysis on activity of developer and construction company. Our solution is a Business Intelligence platform, which adresses all needs of our customers.
Manager Board allows to follow key indicators as well as drill-down analysis. In case of exceeding planned indicators, the system automatically generates a report (or implement any other process) and informs defined employees about exceeding, due to which they are able to react quickly.
Graphical reports' creator allows to prepare reports, charts, and indicators (eg. KPI) based on both, data stored in Develogic modules and data from any external system (ERP class or other).
Our solution allows to connect with any data base via ODBC and to prepare dedicated reports from various sources (data base, excel files, csv, etc.), using any criteria or data transformation. Creator is equipped with a mechanism of routing the processes connected with reports. Moreover, the module offers a functionality of alerting via sms and e-mail.
Drill-down analysis are a specially prepared sets of indicators, which can be modified or grouped into bigger sets by a user. The user can also change the types of charts as well as filter. Drill-down reports enables graphical data analysis starting with general level (eg. sales of properties in a given coutntry, investment budgets of a given country) and finishing with much more detailed data analysis (eg. analysis of a particular city, investment, stage, building, etc.). Drill-down reports enable quick and dynamic analysis of key data connected with activity of developer or construction company (using smartphone, tablet, or any other device equipped with internet browser).
Our solution enables to create seperate manager's board for each user depending on their position in an organisation (eg. financial director, sales director, construction manager, etc.). For each user there is a possibility to prepare a set of KPI , which provides developers and construction companies with ongoing monitoring of results in particular areas. Based on a visual presentation of KPI, which allows to track important trends and events, the solution enables a quick reaction to advert trends.
This functionaliti can be used in order to alert on potential problems in developer's or construction company's business as well as to track and control budget implementation , premises sale vs plans, areas and renting.
