It allows to create a database of both, potential customers and those who have reserved or purchased a property before. Each customer can be described with a number of basic and additional data, which enables to create his full characteristic. Such information may be also used in future promotional campaign.
It is also possible to track such charasteristics as the history of customer reservations and properties within customer's interest. At the same time, based on a particular customer preference, it is possible to prepare a personalised offer. Develogic also provides a tracking system of customer acquisition sources, full correspondence settlments, current and past agreements. All the information related to a particular customer are available from in one place, making it easy to search. Sales department can, therefore, use it in order to create a personalised offer for a group of customers selected from a customer list.

Property Database and Price List Management
Develogic Sales and Finance Module enables to manage all database of the properties from one place. The system allows to analise property data, make a mass data update, automatically introduce agreement and final area as well as manage both, price and discount policy. Thanks to advanced browser it is easy to find a property meeting customer expectations (area, floor, location, price range), print the offer or reserve it. The system automatically generates the reservation queue and reminds an agent about expiration.
Thanks to an expanded Property Card, Develogic allows to share the offers automatically on websites and portals (price update, property description, plans, imprints etc.) as well as to introduce and modify information on a selected property from developer's offer. Anytime, one can track a full price change history, area and all custorer reservations in order to analise the property history. Develogic is also equipped with built-in system of print generation. Thanks to that, basing on a template prepared earlier, it is possible to generate a full offer, ra eservation agreement or any other document.
The module enables to analise sales, modify prices and, after price list aproval, link them with seasonal promotions, eg. by using an option of empowering a certain group of agents. Moreover, the module allows to track a full history of price and trends' change in a given investment or building.

Sales agreements management
This Module allows to manage all kinds of sales agreements related to sales of properties included in developer's offer (reservation, preliminary, developer and final agreements). Taking into consideration a defined client (clients) and a property (properties), the value of an agreement as well as payment schedule is generated automatically by the system and can be edited by system users in further steps. The system counts owners' share automatically, set installments dates in the schedule, and calculates the % value of a particular installment in the context of a whole agreement.
A built-in process of agreement terms approval allows a sales department to control discounts given and other changes within agreement conditions. While preparing an agreement one can use a base of defined parameters related to arrangement changes, which, when added, are automatically included into agreement schedule. The addition of the premises to the agreement automatically updates the assets (premises), blocking the ability to add these premises to another agreement.
Once the agreement is approved, the notification for financial department is automatically generated and the payment schedule is included in income reports. Based on agreement details (customer data, agreement designation, property designation, escrow account number, auxiliary account number, etc.), an integrated system conveys the data to Accountant System, where it is used for agreement settlement. Develogic software is compatible with every Accountant system available on the market.

Settlement with the customer
Functionality of settlement within Sales and Finance module provides with opportunity for total eliminaton of delays in data transfer between sales department and financial department. Settlement data are available in the system just after agreement schedule and terms acceptance. Moreover, Develogic allows to import payment for an investment, automatically links payments to contracts, computes agreement balance and charges interest when needed.
Raports are automatically updated when payment is credited to an account. The system allows to browse unbilled receivables and owing to serial invoice function, accountancy is able to prepare invoices and payment notofications for all shareholds and investments within few minutes. By applying Develogic ERP Connectorinvoices can be transfered electronically to Accountant system buffer for further booking on suitable accounts.
Application of Develogic Customer Panel enables to publish information on posted payment as well as payment and invioce notofications in specially prepared developer's service internet website. Providing such a solution allows to resign from paper invoices to e-invoices, which can be downloaded by customer from the portal.
E-mail or sms notifications of posted payment, invoice, or payment deadline can be sent automatically by Develogic Sales and Finance.

Modul presents an overview of key information from all the investments and shareholds, necessary for developer and building company management. Moreover, Manager Desktop, with built-in tens of reports, can be used to share standarised reports, without unnecessary waiting for data from sales or financial department.

Simple and flexible system of templates management has an option of adding new models for further documents (offers with attachments, agreements, overviews for notarial acts, hand over protocol, demand for payment, bank statement, etc.)

Service
This functionality enables to manage service of faults from the moment of client's request to the end of service. Under a request consideration it is possible to conduct and supervise an inspection finished with automatically generated report. Moreover, a detailed list of requests helps to be up to date with a service process.
Module simplifies the control over managed properties; available functionalities and user-friendly interface significantly reduce time of administrative actions as well as fault service.

Customer Panel
Online Customer Service (Customer Panel) provides the possibility of contact by any customer's device. It is simply a communication channel between customer and developer, which simplifies and automates information exchange. Panel presents, inter alia, documents connected with sales agreement realisation (payment notofications, invoices). Additionally, panel includes news and photo gallery on investment, which a customer is interested in, registers questions and answers as well as other information, which minimize the need of telephone contact between developer and customer.
Basic functionality:
- online customer service enables efficient and modern service of developer's customers,
- information on customers' personal data, list of agreements, list of purchased properties with details (designation, area, plans), payment schedule,
- communication with customer service by sending messages to assigned agent via panel and tracking correspondace on a given topic,

Notary Panel
Develogic offers an innovative approach to communication between developer and notary office. It provides an online communication channel, by which notary public is able to receive neccessery documents in an electronic way.
Thanks to our solution there is no need for time-consuming, hand preparation of documents for notary public and sending them by e-mail or posting them. The system sends all the neccessery documents automatically to Notary Panel and, nextly, informs notary officer on data uploading and the need for document preparation. Notary officer, after preparing document, may suggest a date of signing. All parties receive notification (e-mail, sms) automatically.
The solution is based on the mechanism of the management of processes and Develogic documentation.

Agent Panel
Agent Panel increases sales opportunities by providing cooperating estate agencies with a special internet platform. Using the platform, agents can make a property reservation and information on that is automatically send to Develogic system. Each reservation is automatically veryfied (regardless whether the customer is new or not) and matched with an agent who also receives a confirmation of reservation.

- commissions – agent's sales commission is automatically calculated by Develogic Sales and Finance module based on reservations and number of agreements.
Integration with portals and websites
Thanks to data transfer mechanism, the system provides developer's offers automatically to estate portals in order to present them. The system also provides update of current prices, properties' descriptions, plans, imprints, etc., so that developer can be sure that data presented on portals are always valid.

Develogic Sales and Finance may be fully integrated with accountant systems, which allows to make the process of investment settlement automatic. Integration mechanisms provide the possibility to synchronise customers, to share data neccessery to generate customer's account in accountant system (optional), to import payments data from accountant system into Develogic as well as to export invoices electronically into certain account in developer's financial system.
